Conference Dates: February 25-28, 2010

Registration Deadlines:
-Priority Registration: November 30, 2009 at 11:59 PM PST
(Schools that register by this date will be given priority in country assignments)
-Final Registration: January 5, 2010 at 11:59 PM PST

Payments:
-For priority registration 50% of total fees must be postmarked by December 5th, 2009.
-For all schools, 100% of total fees must be received by January 15, 2010.

Bounced Checks:
If your school's check bounces, a fee of $50 will be applied to your total fees.

Refunds:
-Schools are free to add or drop delegates until January 25th, 2010. UCBMUNC will refund fees for dropped delegates in full until this date. Between January 26th and February 15th, a 50% refund will be given; after February 15th, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Country Assignments:
-Will be sent out via e-mail to individual schools once payment is received.
